1. New system setting for e-mail contact addresses

In order to ensure the sending of e-mails regarding cost estimates, orders, as well as client invoices, we recommend that you add any missing contacts/contact persons at clients and suppliers.

This is the only way to ensure that (also with regard to the so-called "paperless office") there is always at least one (default) e-mail address as recipient of a mail dispatch from the system.

If you still want to proceed without an e-mail address when processing cost estimates, orders and client invoices, we have implemented a new system setting to be able to deactivate the obligation of such an entry during processing.

You can find it behind the menu button in LEADING Job/Periscope, under "Administration -> System":

In the submenu "General" you will now find the system setting, which you can activate ("Yes"), or deactivate ("No") via the edit button on the left:

2. Transferring marked positions to a new subtotal position

You would like to automatically take over marked positions, if you want to add a new subtotal as an additional position (e.g. in the job, but of course also in cost estimate and client invoice draft)?

From now on you can do this at any time.

Mark the positions you want to sum up on the left side of the list, then click the button "New" and then on "Subtotal":

LEADING Job/Periscope now automatically takes over your selection into the new subtotal, which means that a further manual assignment of positions is no longer necessary:

However, further manual editing is, of course, possible at any time.

3. Four new reports for auditing master data

Under "Reports" you will find four new ways to audit changes to your master data:

• Audit Address changes
• Audit Alternative Address changes
• Audit Clients changes
• Audit Products changes

All reports offer the same choice of whether to display changes, additional entries, or deletions, as well as a date range.
