LEADING Job Release Note 21.11
The eleventh update this year once again improves the stability by fixing 9 minor bugs. And we added or adapted three features in November.
In Periscope, the web application of LEADING Job, each update only takes place after prior consultation with the customer. You can test the new features first in your test database.

1. New grouping of the functions in the modules
The functions in the modules
- Job
- Supplier invoice
- Cost estimate
- Client invoice draft
have been regrouped to provide better clarity and make it easier to find the desired function.
From left to right, the functions (if available in the module) can now be found in this slightly separated order:
1) Area for all modules:
- Services
- Go to
- Status
2) Area for common actions:
- Documents
- Create cost estimate
- Prepare draft invoice
- Gantt chart and messages (project and resource management)
3) Area for rare actions, with "More actions" button:
- Duplicate job
- Change responsibles
- Save as template

2. Two new reports for auditing master data
Under Reports you will find two new ways to audit changes to your master data:
Both reports offer the same selection of whether to show changes, additional entries, or deletions, as well as a date range:
