Plan Single Spots with Precision

Exclusive ad slots, where no other commercial is played before or after your spot, are highly sought after – especially with public broadcasters such as ORF. With proAudio, single spots can be planned directly and activated as a dedicated placement option.

Integrated Freespace Functions

Individual Free Space Deductions (spots & surcharges) and discounts can be conveniently managed within the tool. This keeps you flexible and allows you to adapt precisely to broadcaster- or client-specific agreements:

  • Surcharges and deductions are automatically drawn from master data or can be adjusted manually.
  • Broadcaster-specific free space values can be stored in the master data (in addition to existing discount agreements) and used in proAudio. These values can also be overwritten manually.
  • Free spots can also be scheduled – even proportionally, if desired.

This flexibility provides planning security and saves valuable time, particularly in pitches or with new clients.

Tandem Spots – Coming Soon

Tandem spots – a main spot and a secondary spot combined – are already set up in the tool but will not yet be available at launch. This feature will be rolled out in an upcoming version, enabling planners to create tandem spots with just a few clicks and distribute them automatically with the correct settings.
