LEADING Job Release Note 22.4
Have you ever used the online manual for LEADING Job? From now on, all news from each release will be described in detail directly in the manual. The release note gives a summary of the new features and links directly to the relevant place in the manual. There you will also find the necessary screenshots that explain the new function step by step.
In Periscope, the web application of LEADING Job, each update only takes place after prior consultation with the customer. You can test the new features first in your test database.
General
1. Saving and loading different table layouts
Do you receive notifications from the system, e.g. about supplier invoices that have been delegated to you, or as information when purchase orders or client invoice drafts have been authorized?
Clicking on the link in the email should then take you directly to the relevant entry in Periscope. However, as you worked in this module last time, you had set a column filter, which the system does remember. And now you don't see the entry linked to from the email.
With version 22.4.0, the auto-filter after clicking on a notification link has been adjusted. Manually set column filters in modules will still remain personalized, but will be temporarily disabled when you access a direct link via the notification email.
After deactivating the auto-filter, the previously selected filtering is available to you again.

2. Different invoice recipients for cost estimate and client invoice
Do you need different recipients for cost estimate and client invoice for one or more clients?
From now on these entries are separated. You can define a different invoice recipient from the one registered in the client's entry for cost estimates and for client invoices. You can do so per client, product and campaign, but of course also directly at a job.

3. New field "Job print title" in the client invoice drafts
Sometimes it would be helpful if the job name on the layout of your client invoice would be editable?
Version 22.4.0, by implementing a new field, allows you to manually adjust the job name for the printout on the layouts of your client invoice drafts and client invoices, which previously was created automatically.
In addition to the field, the new "Job print title" is also available as a column in the client invoice draft overview list.
