LEADING Job Release Note 24.12
With the 24.12 release, LEADING Job is introducing nine new features and 22 feature enhancements in the areas of e-billing, reporting and master data maintenance.
New additional fields have been added to e-invoices, the export now supports version 3.0 and a readable PDF is automatically generated during the import. Particularly useful for controlling: the new Customer Report Builder, with which users can now create their own reports. In addition, the cost estimate and client invoice journals have been migrated to the web application. Also new to the web application: the master data module ‘service categories’, which can now be managed directly online.
In the web application of Leading JOB each update only takes place after prior consultation with the customer. You can test the new features first in your test database.

1. New additional information for the export of e-invoices (XRechnung and RO-CIUS) in the "Agency" section
Additional information has been added for the e-invoicing variants XRechnung (Germany) and RO-CIUS (Romania).
This can be found in the ‘Administration’ -> ‘System’ -> ‘Additional Information’ section:


In the "Agency" section of the additional information, these fields are now visible as system variables for our clients for whom the XRechnung or RO-CIUS export has been activated:

The administration/processing of this information, which is crucial for the correct content of e-invoices, then takes place in a new section of the agency master data:

2. Export of XRechnung (e-invoice) for version 3.0
The export of the e-invoice format "XRechnung" has been adapted to its current version 3.0.
The use of the UBL 2.1 subformat now provides separate tags for invoices and credit notes.

3. New performance test
We have implemented a new performance test, which is primarily intended for Qualiant support to test the performance.
The performance test can be found in the menu under ‘Administration’:

4. ‘Service categories’ module migrated to the web application
With version 24.12, the master data module ‘Service Categories’ has been migrated to the web application and can now be used to manage service categories.
As usual, the module can be found in the menu under ‘Administration’:

Supplier invoice
5. Automatic creation of a PDF when importing e-invoices
A new function has been added to the supplier invoice module for importing e-invoices.
During the import, a PDF is automatically generated from the xml format of the imported invoice and a scan is also automatically added to the supplier invoice as part of the validation process:

6. New column in ‘Current Tasks’
The new column "Client" has been added to the widget and the full view of "Current Tasks":

7. Create customised reports yourself with the Customer Report Builder
From Leading Job version 24.12, all our clients can create simple customised reports themselves.
You can find out how to do this in the relevant chapter of our manual.
Important: Please note that you need to be familiar with SQL and the internal database structure to create such reports yourself. If this is not the case, please contact job.support@qualiant.at.
8. Report "Cost Estimate Journal" migrated to the web application
The already familiar journal for cost estimates was migrated to the web application as a new report:
