1. Check open data records for "set client to inactive"

You have a client that should be set to inactive and you'd like to check beforehand whether there are any jobs, cost estimates, etc. that have not yet been completed?

From now on, the system checks whether there are any data records that are still open and linked to the client that should eventually be closed before this step.

This check affects the following areas:

• any jobs that are still open (not "closed")?
• any client invoice drafts, that have not yet been invoiced
• any open cost estimates (not "invoiced, cancelled, rejected")

Supplier invoice

2. Display of the job number in the selection dialog for adding positions

You receive an incoming invoice and the supplier has included the communicated job number on it.

Nevertheless you have to search for the job name when adding ordered positions or when creating new ones in Periscope?

Then you will be pleased to know that from now on we will display the job number in the selection dialog next to the job name. This makes the selection much easier:

Reports

3. "Timesheet weekly" automatically only for active employees

You have come to appreciate the "Time Recording Weekly" report, but only want to see the data of active employees?

From now on, this report is automatically limited to the employees who were also active in the selected period. This way the report is clearer and more relevant.

For example, if you want to check the current week, only the currently active employees are displayed.

If you want to retrieve a report for past weeks retroactively, the report only displays employees who were active during this period, based on the employment data entered.
